 - Complete and return your Family Camp Registration Form
 - Include a $100 deposit per family
 - The deposit is fully refundable until January 1, 2010  

Payment Schedule

Payment #1…….$250.00 due on January 15, 2010
Payment #2…….$250.00 due on February 15, 2010
Payment #3..........$250.00 or outstanding balance, whichever is less, due on March 15
Payment #4……Final payment of any outstanding balances is due on April 15, 2010

Note: $100 deposit per family will be applied to balance due
