We are currently conducting registration for 2012. 

There are 2 ways to register.

#1:  Call or email our office

#2:  Complete and submit the form below (Please read the instructions!).

1. Download and complete the registration form online (see link below).
2. Submit the form by clicking "submit form" on the pdf.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail the next day.
3. Print the completed form, sign and send it along with a check for the refundable (until Jan. 1) $200 registration fee to:
